He utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to help young clients develop emotional regulation, reduce stress, and build self-confidence.
As a former teacher, advisor, and multi-sport coach in both public and private schools, Eric offers a unique perspective on child development and educational systems. His work with families’ centers on resolving conflict, clarifying roles, and fostering strong, supportive connections.
Adult Therapy
Eric works with a diverse adult population, including young professionals, parents, and C-suite executives. He uses a solution-focused, evidence-based approach, blending insight-oriented and psychodynamic techniques to help clients understand their emotional patterns, reflect on personal narratives, and cultivate meaningful change. His style is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in empathy.
Eric’s integrated therapeutic model incorporates CBT, trauma-focused CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, art therapy, mindfulness practices, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). He tailors each treatment plan to support both deep reflection and practical progress, helping clients build resilience and move toward a more fulfilling life.
Couples Therapy
As a dedicated couple’s therapist, Eric draws from the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and systems theory to address communication breakdowns, intimacy challenges, and the influence of intergenerational trauma. He helps partners identify and shift reactive interaction patterns, improve emotional attunement, and build secure, lasting bonds.

At Greenwich Psychology Group, our symptom checker helps clients track their symptoms of depression or anxiety. Taking the assessment doesn't provide a formal diagnosis, but it can help you determine what next steps you may need to take. The evaluation uses a series of questions to review the feelings and symptoms you've experienced over the past two weeks. The results will help you distinguish if professional help is the best next step.
